Prior to joining Integra Technical Services in London in 2007, David worked for a large international loss adjusting operation for 20 years. His first international job was managing a loss adjusting operation in Indonesia; other roles included two years in Thailand, and long spells firstly as a construction claims adjuster, increasingly specialising in property, casualty and specie claims. As well as having lived in Asia for more than five years, David has worked extensively throughout Europe, Scandanavia and the Middle East.

Keith’s career began in the 1990’s in the residential and commercial construction management space, but turned to the oil field when he joined Schlumberger in their Drilling & Measurements division. He began as a Measurement While Drilling (MWD) Specialist who quickly learned to drill wells with Rotary Steerable equipment. During his time in the field Keith encountered many pressure control situations, both onshore and offshore while drilling in under balanced conditions. During this period Keith gained experience in all aspects of well completion and production operations. In 2008 he moved into International Loss Adjusting with Charles Taylor Adjusting, and six years later he joined Lloyd Warwick International. During this time Keith worked on large quantum losses (both onshore and offshore) including Control of Well, Oil Lease Property, Pollution Liability, Loss of Production Income, Business Interruption, CAR, WELCAR, and CGL claims, including International claims.

Keith’s experience also includes handling claims in the power generation, petrochemical, pipeline, and ports & terminal industry sectors.

Keith has also conducted various industry speaking engagements including the presentation of “Fracking and the Shale Revolution” at the Old Lloyd’s Library in May 2019.

Mark is a senior civil engineer with over 30 years of professional experience including the design and construction of major international multi-disciplinary projects such as ports, harbours, marinas and road tunnels including design, site supervision and management.

At Integra Mark’s principal activities concern the provision of advice on causation, damage, methods of repair and quantum together with engineering expertise and co-ordination of remedial works.

Additionally, Mark has specialist experience in unsafe Port and Berth investigations and has acted as an expert witness in both High Court and Arbitration proceedings.

Following completion of a BBS Risk Management & Insurance (Hons) from the University of Limerick in 2006,David undertook professional studies and gained his Diploma in Loss Adjusting in 2010, whilst practicing as a Domestic & Commercial Loss Adjuster in Ireland. Following his emigration to Australia in 2010, David joined an International Loss Adjusting company, where at first, he focused on Domestic and mid-tier Commercial Losses. In 2017 David refocused his attention to specialise in the Construction, Power and Energy space, dealing with complex loss scenarios occurring both during the Construction Period and Defects Liability Period for both a range of Australian & International Insurers. David has a keen interest in the renewable & infrastructure sector and has managed a raft of complex claims to successful completion in both the renewable and infrastructure structure.

David’s keen interest in his specialism, insurance knowledge and common-sense approach, has allowed him to assist brokers, lawyers and Insurers in the successful resolution of sometimes highly complex and emotionally charged claims.

Originally an English and History Secondary School teacher by trade, Torben commenced his Loss Adjusting career in South Africa over 20 years ago.

In the early years Torben was fortunate to be exposed to claims across the entire spectrum, enabling him to develop a solid set of the fundamental skills required to progress to more complex and higher value claim investigations.

Over the past 16 years, Torben has investigated and managed a wide range of claim assessments ranging from large/complex property fire losses to public disorder/malicious damage/criminal incidents during periods of political unrest in South Africa and a significant marine impact damage claim involving a Vessel colliding with a harbour wall/associated equipment.

This experience gained across two continents (South Africa 2000 to 2017 and Australia 2017 to present) has provided Torben with a significant perspective on major/complex losses, and the diverse skills required to manage such losses.

Torben promotes an open, honest and transparent approach to claim investigations acknowledging the important of all the stakeholders on a claim and the critical significance of regular communication/interaction between all parties.

Mike graduated with an Accounting & Management Information Systems degree, has spent much of his professional career in finance, accounting and project management roles for large corporates, not-for-profit and governmental organisations.

In 2006 he transitioned to the construction industry before moving into the insurance sector in 2011. Whilst working as a consultant to loss adjusting companies, he handled losses involving Oil & Gas, Fuel & Heating, Silo & Tank Storage, Mining, Fracking, Shipping, Manufacturing, Construction and Health.

Matthew began his insurance career in 2009, working for a UK General Insurer as a Claims Investigator.  He was exposed to ML, EL & PL claims as well as third-party property damage claims, occurring across London and the South-East.  He then moved into Loss Adjusting in 2014, investigating claims on a cradle to grave basis in both injury and third-party property damage, including underground services, escape of water, fire, accidental damage and impact.

In Matthew’s previous position, he worked in conjunction with his Utility Colleagues, assisting statutory water undertakers with clean and foul water claims, working to limit clients claims spend by proactively manging customers claims, he has also led two major incidents involving the management of partners, contractors and suppliers.

Matthew joined Integra in November 2021 to bolster its Liability offering.

Tony began his career in insurance as a loss adjuster based in the United Kingdom in the early 1990s, qualifying both as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (FCILA). He later moved into international loss adjusting in 2004, initially as home-based foreign adjuster working from London before permanently relocating overseas in 2006. He has lived in Asia since 2007 and has lived in Singapore since 2011.

Tony has held a number of senior positions within loss adjusting firms and has handled claims in over 25 countries, across business lines including Construction, Product Liability, Property, Financial Lines, and Professional Indemnity.

He is a founding committee member of the Asia Power Forum and a founding member of the Construction and Engineering workgroup of the General Insurance Association in Singapore.

He joined Integra in July 2021 as Managing Director for the Asia region.

Ray is an experienced cyber security professional who has been in the Information security industry for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in multiple IT disciplines and is highly effective at understanding and managing the relationships.

Ray has previously held roles with law enforcement responsibilities, security incident response, and security leadership roles working across various industries in Government and the Private Sector.

He is an active member, Board Director and Securit, and mentor for the New Zealand Internet Task Force whose primary focus in to safeguard New Zealand.

Prior to joining the insurance industry, Ray was the Chief Information Security Officer for an iconic New Zealand State Owned Enterprise proving leadership through the transformation of their Cyber Security position.

Ray works closely with Integra’s adjusters by evaluating the technical aspects of cyber claims and potential subrogation actions.

In a career of over 25 years, Daniel has worked as an Engineer and Manager in the power industry, and as a Risk Engineer, Underwriter and Manager in the insurance industry.

In the power industry, Daniel was involved in the design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of coal fired and gas fired power plants. His experience in this sector was gained working with a State Owned Utility, an Independent Power Producer, several Contractors, and an Integrated Energy Company.

As a Risk Engineer, Daniel was focussed on the identification, quantification and management of risks associated with power generation, transmission and distribution in Australia, New Zealand and Asia for a leading global Insurer. During this time Daniel inspected over 100 power facilities and prepared detailed underwriting reports and risk improvement recommendation reports.

As an Underwriter, Daniel underwrote power, energy and mining risks in Australia and New Zealand for several major Insurers and managed portfolios of up to AUD25,000,000 annual premium. This included the underwriting of power generation, transmission and distribution risks; onshore oil and gas risks, petrochemical risks and open cut mining risks.

Having relocated to Singapore in 2017, Gareth has worked extensively on major losses across the Asia Pacific region, particularly in the mining sector, and has worked on some of the highest profile multi-jurisdictional cyber incidents within Asia and around the world.

He has expertise across various sectors, including Property, Energy, Cyber, and Mining especially with iron ore and coal mining claims and joins both Tony Chapman and Navin Vasan in the Integra Singapore office.

Gareth, who is dual qualified as both a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia & New Zealand) and a member of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (AICILA) speaks three languages – English, Japanese and Mandarin.

Luke graduated in Business and Economics from University of Strathclyde in 2006 and started his insurance career within the claims department of QBE Melbourne After a couple of years he transitioned to become an internal loss adjuster servicing their own customers.

His time as an internal loss adjuster led to a career in the profession and after six years at QBE, he joined an international adjusting firm in Melbourne handling commercial property claims before progressing on to be responsible for major and complex losses.

Ewan began his professional life as a graduate chartered quantity surveyor in 1977. In 1979 he moved into loss adjusting, ultimately serving as Managing Director of International Adjusters Partnership/Cunningham IAP, Thomas Howell Group; Technical & Specialist Services Company and IRISC Technical Services.

In 1998 Ewan established Integra Technical Services which operates in the area of complex technical lines claims in property, casualty and marine insurance. Ewan has pioneered the development of innovative strategies for handling and fast tracking the settlement of major and complex losses, particularly in construction, power generation and the process industries.

Stephen is ACILA qualified and has over 15 years’ loss adjusting experience.

Steve has been instructed to investigate and settle both property damage and business interruption losses emanating from the commercial property, power generation, construction & engineering sectors.

He joined Integra in February 2023 and later completed a three month secondment in Integra’s Auckland office before returning to the UK at the beginning of 2024

Steve was the 2022/23 recipient of CILA’s Cuthbert Buckle prize for the highest performance in the Advanced Diploma examinations.

Andy is a Senior Loss Adjuster specializing in the management of large and complex property losses across a broad range of industries.

Starting his Loss Adjusting career in 1999, Andy has over 20 years of commercial adjusting experience, with more than 10 years specializing in major loss.

He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, with majors in Accounting and Insurance, and also holds a Diploma of Loss Adjusting. Andy is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF and an Affiliate of AICLA.

Andy manages a diverse portfolio of major property losses in both the public and private sectors. He delivers quality outcomes for Clients through the implementation of effective loss mitigation strategies.

Rebecca has over twenty years’ combined experience in managing insurance claims having started her insurance career in 2003 as a Claims Consultant for IAG before moving into Loss Adjusting in 2008, with the past ten years specialising in major & complex property losses. During her career Rebecca has managed a wide range of loss types across a diverse mix of industries including retail, hospitality, schools, hospitals, agriculture, government, production/manufacturing businesses, and wholesale distribution.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accounting from Swinburne University and a Diploma of Financial Services (Loss Adjusting) from Australian New Zealand Institute of Insurance (ANZIIF). Rebecca is an ACLA Chartered Adjuster and an ANZIIF Senior Associate.

Phil for 10 years held senior Chartered Adjuster/ Director positions based in London, Hong Kong and the Middle East. Thereafter, he worked for Zurich based in Singapore (8 years) as Chief Claims Officer Global Corporate / Commercial, and Chief Technical Officer (Asia Pacific) for all LoB’s including energy , construction, engineering, power, casualty with a high financial authority. His experience extends to managing complex major loss as a Chartered Adjuster and Insurer in different legal jurisdictions globally.

Phil returned to London late 2018 to join Integra as a working Chartered Adjuster / Managing Director EMEA

Andrew has been a specialist CAR/EAR Loss Adjuster for over 20 years and has handled numerous complex losses both in the Construction and Operational phases including DSU/ALOP claims relating to CAR/EAR arising from his nomination on Project Policies together with Contractor’s Annual Accounts.

He has undertaken assignments not only in the UK, but across Europe, Africa and the Middle East for a range of sectors including Residential and Commercial Developments, Civil Engineering, Tunnelling, Waste Water Treatment Works, Power Generation and Transmission, and Oil and Gas.

A qualified lawyer, shipbroker and commercial arbitrator Andrew has worked in the marine, stevedoring and transport/logistics sector since 1981 – with a major Australian stevedore as a contracts manager, as a shipbroker on the Baltic Exchange in London, as General Manager Business Development with Sydney Ports Corporation and Commercial Manager and a director for P&O Ports (now DP World) Australia/NZ, prior to joining a major Australian insurance broker and third party claims administration business as Claims Administration Director.

With extensive experience in handling major and complex Marine and related losses in the APAC region, Andrew is a respected resource for loss adjusting matters relating to the shipping, port, stevedoring, transport and logistics sectors.

Ben joined Integra in June 2024 with over 12 years of loss adjusting experience gained investigating and settling claims from a variety of different sectors including onshore and offshore oil and gas, conventional power generation, as well as renewable energy and builders risk / construction losses globally.  His experience also includes marine and specialty offshore subsea and ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle) claims throughout the Americas and a number of liability claims in the US.

He commenced his career as an offshore field technician before being promoted to project manager at Fugro Geos in Houston, Texas. During this time, he was responsible for training, client liaisons, technical analysis, data quality control, among other areas for offshore drilling rigs predominantly operating in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.

Ben is based in Houston

Patrick began working as a loss adjuster following the 1985 earthquake in Chile. After taking time off to complete the CII diploma course at the Chartered Insurance Institute college in Sevenoaks, Patrick continued to work for multinational firms of loss adjusters, initially as part of their CAT teams following hurricanes Gilbert and Hugo. He was then transferred to Spain, following which he moved to London, where he was the liaison adjuster for the firm’s offices in Latin America. He was then transferred to Venezuela, following which he opened the firm’s branch in Argentina. Patrick then returned to Chile, to manage the local office of a multinational firm of adjusters before working with Integra Technical Services Chile in March 2015

Patrick is an experienced property damage and business interruption adjuster, having handled losses in a wide variety of industries, frequently on large/complex losses that require leading a team of specialist engineers, surveyors, accountants and lawyers. A sound working knowledge of the judicial and fiscal procedures in the southern part of Latin America has also enabled Patrick to handle a wide variety of casualty losses throughout the region.

Alison developed her professional background in the Commercial Property Arena in both London and Glasgow. She has 20 years of loss adjusting experience specialising in Property/CAR/EAR losses including DSU/ALOP claims,

With Integra, Alison has handled complex and high value claims in the Bahamas, Turkey, Cyprus, Portugal and the UK, including manufacturing facilities, commercial developments, power generation plants, Civil Engineering and Tunnelling projects. Alison joined Integra in 2011

Nick is a chartered engineer with specialist knowledge of dealing with traditional and renewable power generation, including coal, nuclear, hydroelectric, wind and solar on both construction and operational policies.

Having graduated with a PhD in engineering and material science, he worked as a research engineer conducting failure analysis of gas turbines for a turbine manufacturer and the Ministry of Defence. He then spent several years working as a consultant in failure investigation and remaining life assessment for owners, operators, and insurers.

He joined the insurance industry in 2006 initially in London handling power generation and heavy engineering losses on a home-foreign basis and had since held senior practice leader and director positions in both London and the Middle East.

Robert is a chartered civil engineer (MICE) with ten years industry experience on large infrastructure projects for Arup, a global professional services firm providing design, engineering, architecture, and advisory services across every aspect of the construction environment.

While at Arup, he worked on a variety of large civil engineering projects including bridges, underground metro stations and other large civil structures, including notable projects such as London 2012 Olympics, HS2, Riyadh Metro and Copenhagen Metro.

He joined Integra in October 2023 from Zurich Insurance Company, where he spent six years as a Construction Risk Engineer, the last couple as the leader of the Construction and Power Generation team.

Robert is responsible for the provision of risk engineering services on global civil engineering, conducting thorough and systematic risk assessments and providing technical advice to clients on their risk management strategies.

Anand holds a First Class degree in Mechanical Engineering. Anand is a Chartered Loss Adjuster and is a Senior Associate member of ANZIIF, having completed his Diploma in Loss Adjusting and is currently pursuing Diploma from CILA.

Anand commenced his career as an engineering designer for a fabrication company before joining an insurance company as a Risk Engineer. He moved into loss adjusting in 2010 and has worked on a variety of claims from machinery breakdown to fire, cyclone and weather event perils to marine cargo, claims on EAR, CAR and ISR policies. Anand specialises in complex engineering/manufacturing claims, power generation, rolling stock , construction and niche product liability claims.

He has also conducted Risk Engineering and Insurance valuations for large manufacturing companies and for Airports in India.

Gregg joined Integra in April 2024 with over 20 years’ experience in the handling of the full range of large and complex hull, cargo and project cargo losses at all Western Australia and Northern Territory ports.

He is a fully qualified marine surveyor and holds an Advanced Diploma and Certificate IV in commercial Marine Surveying, including marine insurance modules. He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Marine Surveyors.

Eoin has over 35 years’ insurance experience, starting his career working in claims for insurance companies, handling all commercial classes including liability, financial lines and marine, with brief spells in underwriting and broking. He later joined a specialist commercial loss adjusting firm, focusing on high value, complex insurance claims and commercial disputes. While there, he studied law at University of Auckland, graduating with a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law in 2014.

In addition to his loss adjusting work, Eoin holds a practising certificate as a barrister and adjudicates and mediates disputes between clients and a statutory insurer. He has previously appeared as counsel in the District and High Courts and Waitingi Tribunal.

Eoin’s specialities include Public & Products Liability, Professional Indemnity and Dispute Resolutions and joined Integra in May 2021.

Stephen is a chartered civil engineer (CEng) with over 20 years international risk engineering experience gained through working for insurance and other financial services companies.

He joined Integra in April 2024 from Macquarie Group, where he was Construction Risk Division Director responsible for reviewing technical information and data, preparing risk summaries, and monitoring progress and risk management on construction projects.

Prior to Macquarie, Stephen spent 18 years in the London insurance market as a construction risk engineer working for Allianz, Zurich, and Starstone, and has significant prior civil engineering experience gained with contractors and clients on large UK and international projects.

Stephen is responsible for the provision of risk engineering services on global civil engineering, conducting thorough and systematic risk assessments and providing technical advice to clients on their risk management strategies.

Iain is a seasoned claims professional with over 30 years multinational experience with large and complex losses in the property sector. He has wide ranging multi-lines experience, with a focus on renewable energy – both construction and operations, with DSU / BI following. Iain also has extensive CAT management experience.

Simon commenced his career at Babcock Energy in 1986 as a technician trainee. On completion of the training scheme, he held various positions, including design engineer, field service / commissioning engineer and lead design engineer, before transitioning into the insurance sector in 1995. ​

Since then, he has gained a good understanding of the commercial aspects of engineering insurance working for insurer and broking companies as both a risk engineer and underwriter of construction and engineering risks. ​

More recently he worked for a global provider of independent specialist consultancy risk management solutions to the Engineering and Construction insurance sector.​

Tony is an experienced adjuster of 38 years and has held management positions across the world, including in the US, Brazil, Mexico, and the Middle East for international loss adjusting companies.

During this time, he has handled major and complex losses related to upstream energy (including the “Deepwater Horizon” casualty in the Gulf of Mexico and the “P-36” loss offshore Brazil), petrochemicals, construction, power generation, marine, property and renewables losses.
