Global specialty lines loss adjusting firm, Integra Technical Services (Integra), has today announced the addition of Tony Maxwell to its loss adjusting team in North and Latin America.
Tony is an experienced adjuster of 38 years and has held management positions across the world, including in the US, Brazil, Mexico, and the Middle East for international loss adjusting companies.
During this time, he has been involved in adjusting and settling major and complex losses related to upstream energy (including the “Deepwater Horizon” casualty in the Gulf of Mexico and the “P-36” loss offshore Brazil), petrochemicals, construction, power generation, marine, and renewables losses.
Tony, who will be based out of Integra’s Houston office, will also be the point of contact for Integra’s Mexico operation.

Tony’s arrival increases the number of Integra adjusters across North and Latin America to a dozen, in addition to strategic partner alliances in Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay.

Integra is excited to announce that Nick Hide has joined in the role of Global Head of Power Generation.
In this newly created position, Nick will be responsible for the strategic growth and evolution of Integra’s Power Generation proposition throughout the world.
Nick is a chartered engineer with specialist knowledge of dealing with conventional and renewable power generation, including coal, CCGT, nuclear, hydroelectric, wind and solar on both construction and operational policies.
Having graduated with a PhD in engineering and materials science, he worked as a research engineer conducting failure analysis of gas turbines for a turbine manufacturer and the Ministry of Defence. He then spent several years working as a consultant in failure investigation and remaining life assessment of power generation and downstream petrochemical plant for owners, operators, and insurers. In addition Nick is fluent in French and English.
He joined the insurance industry in 2006 initially in London handling power generation and heavy engineering losses on a home-foreign basis and has since held senior practice leader and director positions in both London and the Middle East.

Global specialty lines loss adjusting firm, Integra Technical Services (Integra), has today announced the appointment of Albert Stassen as Senior Adjuster to their team in Australasia.
Albert, who will be based in Auckland, New Zealand, is a Chartered Loss Adjuster and joins Integra with over a decade of adjusting experience, having worked at both local and international loss adjuster firms, in addition to a period of time working with an insurance company.
During this time, Albert has been involved in handling major and complex losses across lines of business such as commercial property, construction, fidelity, cyber, and public & product liability.

Leading specialty lines loss adjuster, Integra Technical Services, has announced a new strategic alliance partnership with Oceanic Surveyors (Pvt) Ltd. who have extensive geographic footprint in Pakistan. The partnership enables Integra to extend its specialist claim and risk survey services into Pakistan, a country with many specialty insurance risks and enables Oceanic to benefit from an international partner trusted by Reinsurers and Reinsurance Brokers around the globe.
Oceanic Group, which was incorporated in 1970 has over 250 personnel and handles claims across a variety of sectors, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Construction, Engineering, Property and Marine.

Integra Technical Services (Integra) has today announced the appointment of Daniel Cole as Executive Adjuster in Australia. Reporting into Torben Bell, Country Manager, Australia & New Zealand, Daniel will be based in Sydney, NSW and further enhances Integra’s resources and offering within the Construction, Engineering, Power & Energy, and Mining sectors.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree, Daniel moved into the Power Generation sector and held various positions with a State-Owned Utility, an Independent Power Producer (IPP), several Contractors, and an Integrated Energy Company.
He moved into insurance as a Risk Engineer for a leading global insurer, where he was focussed on the identification, quantification and management of risks associated with power generation, transmission and distribution in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
He later transitioned into underwriting holding positions at several major insurers. During this time, he underwrote power, energy and mining risks in Australia and New Zealand, and managed portfolios of up to AUD 25 million annual premium.
In 2017 Daniel transitioned into the adjusting industry where he has been appointed to adjust and settle small, medium, and large claims emanating from the Construction, Engineering and Power & Energy sectors.

Leading specialty lines loss adjuster, Integra Technical Services (Integra) has today announced a new strategic alliance partnership in Yemen with Prima Loss Adjusters (PLA)
Located in Sana’a, Yemen, PLA was formed in 2005 by Abdullah Al-Kadi. Abdullah is an electrical engineer by qualification and spent his early career working for Yemen Public Electricity Corporation and managed and supervised the design and construction of five major electrification projects in the region.
Since setting up Prima Loss Adjusters Abdulla and his team have handled losses within the Power, Engineering, Property and Liability sectors, and have recently supported Integra on political violence losses in the region. Both companies will work closely together to provide seamless service for their clients that encompasses both the local cultural challenges and the technical international reporting standard required by reinsurance clients.

Stephen is ACILA qualified and joins Integra with over 13 years’ loss adjusting experience within regional and international adjusting firms. Integra Technical Services has today announced the promotion of Craig Jones to the role of Dubai Office Manager from the start of 2023.
In his new role, Craig will combine the handling of existing and new losses with the day-to-day management of the Dubai office. This includes responsibility of areas such as client relationships, finance management, suppliers, and managing the performance of the team in Dubai. Craig continues to report into Deputy Managing Director, Middle East and Africa, Derek Patterson,
Craig is a Chartered Loss Adjuster with over 14 years international loss adjusting experience and an honours degree in Forensic Investigation and Criminology. He spent the first nine years of his adjusting career in the Middle East before moving to Australia in 2018. He relocated back to the Middle East in January 2022 and has handled multiple large and complex claims across a variety of disciplines, including commercial property, construction, engineering, liability, fire investigation and financial losses.

Jasmine joins Integra as a loss adjuster at an exciting point in her career as she transitions from UK construction to UK & International construction claims handling with Integra.

Jasmine graduated with a First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the University of Liverpool and is currently undertaking her DIP CILA loss adjusting qualifications.
