Integra Risk Services, a subsidiary of Integra Technical Services, has appointed Malcolm Chambers to its London team in London.

Malcolm joins Integra following ten years within the insurance market, working for FM Global and Allied World as a Risk Engineer. During this time, he was responsible for carrying out risk surveys and evaluating and helping to mitigate risk in the commercial property and construction sectors.

Prior to his time in the insurance market and having graduated with a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering with Environmental Technology, Malcolm was a Technical Safety Engineer at Norwegian independent assurance and risk management company, DNV.

Malcolm will be providing risk engineering services to Integra’s worldwide clients.

Malcolm’s appointment follows the recent arrivals of Chris Taylor and Colin Harrison in March and April 2025 respectively.

Integra has today announced the appointment of John Harris as Managing Director designate of its Asia operation.

John joins Integra with 25 years’ loss adjusting experience, in addition to being a chartered quantity surveyor. He has held senior positions at international adjusting firms, including performing the Regional Managing Director role in Asia.

His adjusting career has involved the handling of highly complex losses on all types of offshore fixed and floating assets, upstream and downstream energy, construction and related liabilities.

John was also one of the founding members and is the current president of Asia Pacific Energy Conference (Asia PEC), a conference that focusses on Oil, Gas & Renewables in the region.

Integra Risk Services, a subsidiary of Integra Technical Services, has today announced the appointment of Chris Taylor to its team of Risk Engineers.

Chris is a mechanical engineer with over 25 years of industry experience. His expertise spans both owner/operator and EPC consulting perspectives, giving him a unique dual understanding of the industry.  Chris has extensive field experience and has managed complex capital projects across the power generation, oil & gas, and engineering sectors. Throughout his career, he has implemented cutting-edge technologies and practices that optimise operations and drive efficiency.

Chris joins Integra from Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, a not-for-profit, wholesale power supplier across the Western United States of America and having previously held senior engineering roles at organisations such as DCP Midstream and Calpine in the US.

Integra is very pleased to announce that Cees Dobbe has joined Integra to support their adjusting team on handling Power, Energy and Construction losses throughout Europe.

Cees is a qualified mechanical engineer whose career started out as a Safety Engineer working for a risk consulting firm. He later transitioned to become a loss adjuster, where we has been for the last 28 years working for insurers based in the Netherlands.

During this period, he has handled losses across a variety of sectors including Construction (CAR/EAR), Machinery Breakdown, Energy, Power Generation and Renewables Wind, Solar, Biogas) among other sectors.

Cees is a member of the Dutch Register of Loss Adjusters (NIVRE) and the European Federation of Loss Adjusting Experts (FUEDI). Based in the Netherlands near Rotterdam, he will work on losses across Europe including The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Integra has expanded its team across UK and Europe with the appointment of Ian Baxter.

Ian, who previously worked at Integra in Singapore, brings with him over 35 years’ loss adjusting experience and will provide additional support to the growing Construction team across the region. Ian will be based in Scotland.  

Ian began his career in the insurance industry as an engineering underwriter in Belfast, Northern Ireland, before moving into loss adjusting managing property and business interruption claims on behalf of both insurers and the Northern Ireland Office – the latter relating to terrorism related claims.

He moved overseas to Asia, where he managed large/complex claims in Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore. later having regional responsibility for all major claims in Asia as well as managing team responses to catastrophe events in the region.

Ian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and rejoins Integra from Marsh, where he was a senior claims consultant for the last five years.

Integra has today announced the appointment of Mohammad Mehdawi as Engineering Adjuster in the Middle East. The appointment strengthens Integra’s technical offering and commitment to the insurance market across the region.

Mohammad is a qualified civil engineer who started his career working as a site and project engineer on various construction projects, including Genesis Dubai Port, the arrivals terminal extension at Sharjah airport, and Al Sayyah.

Transitioning into the insurance industry, he worked for a local loss adjuster firm in Dubai handing a variety of losses within the construction, engineering, property and liability lines of business.

Mohammad holds a Master’s degree in construction project management.

Integra has today announced the promotion of Andrew (Andy) Evans to the role of Global Head of Construction with immediate effect.

Andy joined Integra in January 2019, before becoming Head of EMEA Construction a year later. During this time, he enhanced Integra’s reputation with clients for exceptional service within the sector and has seen the UK team grow to what is fast becoming the premier loss adjusting team in Construction.

The new role will see Andy build on these achievements by overseeing the growth and development of Integra’s global construction proposition.

Andy has been a specialist CAR/EAR adjuster for 20 years, handling numerous complex losses across the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Sectors include Residential and Commercial Developments, Civil Engineering, Tunnelling, Waste Water Treatment Works, Power Generation and Transmission, and Oil & Gas.

Integra has today announced the appointment of Dylan Penny as Senior Adjuster to their team in Australasia.

Dylan joins Integra with over 13 years’ loss adjusting experience gained at international loss adjusting businesses across the construction, engineering and property sectors.

He has handled major and complex losses across a variety lines of business including commercial property, machinery breakdown, public & product liability, and professional liability, as well as those arising from natural disasters and catastrophes throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to loss adjusting, Dylan worked in the building industry across a number of different disciplines.

His arrival follows the recent appointments of Ray Chow (Auckland) and Rebecca Douglas (Brisbane) in the region.

To strengthen and enhance growth from the last couple years, Integra has today announced that Craig Jones and Eddie Walsh will be taking on additional responsibilities in the Middle East region.

Craig and Eddie, who joined Integra in 2021 and 2023 respectively, will play key roles in ensuring that Integra continues to develop its offering, technical expertise, and overall understanding of the regional market .

Craig, a Chartered Loss Adjuster, has over 15 years’ loss adjusting experience working in the Middle East and Australasia. He has a reputation for settling Construction, Power Generation and Property, including Business Interruption claims. Craig took on the responsibility of the Dubai office at the beginning of 2023.

Eddie is a Chartered Engineering Adjuster, who has worked extensively on major losses across property, power, energy, construction and cyber across the Middle East, Africa, and New Zealand. Eddie accepted the Abu Dhabi office manager role at the beginning of 2024.

Integra has today announced the appointment of Ben Hadden as Executive Adjuster to its team in the Americas.

Ben joins Integra with over 12 years of loss adjusting experience gained investigating and settling claims from a variety of different sectors including onshore and offshore oil and gas, conventional power generation, as well as renewable energy and builders risk / construction losses globally.  His experience also includes marine and specialty offshore subsea and ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle) claims throughout the Americas and a number of liability claims in the US.

He commenced his career as an offshore field technician before being promoted to project manager at Fugro Geos in Houston, Texas. During this time, he was responsible for training, client liaisons, technical analysis, data quality control, among other areas for offshore drilling rigs predominantly operating in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.

Ben will be based out of Integra’s Houston office and joins the existing team of nine adjusters.
