Integra signs new strategic partnership in Yemen

Leading specialty lines loss adjuster, Integra Technical Services (Integra) has today announced a new strategic alliance partnership in Yemen with Prima Loss Adjusters (PLA)

Located in Sana’a, Yemen, PLA was formed in 2005 by Abdullah Al-Kadi.  Abdullah is an electrical engineer by qualification and spent his early career working for Yemen Public Electricity Corporation and managed and supervised the design and construction of five major electrification projects in the region.

Since setting up Prima Loss Adjusters Abdulla and his team have handled losses within the Power, Engineering, Property and Liability sectors, and have recently supported Integra on political violence losses in the region. Both companies will work closely together to provide seamless service for their clients that encompasses both the local cultural challenges and the technical international reporting standard required by reinsurance clients.

Derek Patterson, Deputy Managing Director Middle East & Africa, Integra says, “Over the last 12 months, Integra has grown considerably in the Middle East and this partnership with Abdullah and PLA enables Integra to support our domestic and international clients with capacity across a broader geographical reach. I and my colleagues are looking forward to working with Abdulla in the months and years ahead.

Abdulla Al-Kadi, General Manager, PLA added, “I am delighted to sign this agreement with Derek and the team at Integra. Our expertise and cultural knowledge together with Integra’s global reputation and technical expertise will be a huge asset to our domestic clients.”
