Integra Risk Services bolsters team with new arrival

Integra Technical Services (Integra), the global specialty lines loss adjusting firm, has announced the creation of a new position of Structural Indemnity Leader.

Liam Gilhooly joins Integra Risk Services, Integra’s subsidiary launched this year to help evolve their support offering to the insurance market, which began with risk engineering for construction and operational insurers. Liam has 18 years of inherent defects and home warranty underwriting experience gained at the NHBC (National House Building Council), Aviva, and Managing General Agent, MX Underwriting. During this time, he had involvement in underwriting large individual risks and portfolio control measures; reviewing technical audits; pricing methodologies; reinsurance design and placement; policy wording and regulatory environmental scanning; claims handling and loss reviews, while also mentoring junior underwriters.

Paul Latimer, Managing Director, Integra Risk Services said, “I am delighted to welcome Liam to Integra. His excellent knowledge of the Inherent Defects arena will be a huge benefit for both our clients and the wider Integra loss adjusting team. I look forward to working closely with him as we continue to enhance our service within Integra Risk Services and develop our Inherent Defects proposition.
