Richard Gross

Chartered Loss Adjuster

Richard commenced his professional career as a Loss Adjuster in 1986, initially in the Dedicated Construction Division of a London based adjusting operation, dealing with CAR/EAR losses throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Having passed the examinations of the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, Richard embarked on a long and varied expatriate career path, initially in the Middle East and France, before taking up roles in South East Asia (living in Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan). During that time, Richard was closely involved in the handling of several major high profile losses, including the explosion at the Total La Mede refinery in Provence, France and the fire which destroyed the UICC semiconductor wafer fab plant in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
