Head of People
The successful candidate will need to be able to work with everyone across the business to help Integra continually grow, learn, and evolve Proven experience of leading a People and/or HR function and the ability to engage and work effectively with Senior Leaders are essential. Insurance experience would be useful
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Working with the CEO to continue to develop, deliver and lead company People strategy that will enable the company to scale successfully – both in the UK and offices around the world – in a way that aligns with our mission, vision, purpose, and values.
- including managing recruitment campaigns, onboarding, employee engagement surveys, performance management, L&D, recognition, and succession planning
- Collaborating with Leadership Team to build a pipeline of ‘top talent’ from within the business and outside
- Handling employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner,
- including time off/PTO, disciplinary, grievance, absence monitoring and supporting line managers in these processes where applicable
- Ownership and management of the Internal Human Resource Information System (BambooHR), including its technical maintenance
- Preparing reports and analytics on individual objectives and People Development plans across the business as and when required
- Enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the company employee practices across the entire employee lifecycle by fine-tuning our process and policies in line with legislative changes
- Enhancing the company performance by promoting a positive workplace culture
- including Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Team Building practices, Team Events etc
What we are looking for:
- HR/People/Talent Management experience, ideally within a scaleup environment and experience of developing and supporting line managers through change
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills together with solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application
- Strong generalist background. Someone who thrives on adding value in a number of areas. Whether it’s People, Talent, L&D, or Culture & Values
- Successful record of leading internal HR changes
- Hands on, self-motivated and able to work under your own autonomy
- Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, the organisation’s HRIS and talent management system – BambooHR
- Professional services experience
Location/travel
Based in UK, however international travel might be required
